The micro-elements that compound to form the unique culture of any organisation are known as 'organisational dynamics'. They include leadership style, values, diversity, behaviours, habits, ambitions, decision making, networks, perceptions, history, policies, symbols to name a few. This is the core focus of Quayfive, Kirsty and her team identify, diagnose and lay down long lasting plans for change in a corporate environment.

I looked to visual solutions showing clutter or confusion, followed by a gradual sorting and restructuring of the graphic elements, type and images used in their brand identity
